Kate Stewart, Ubuntu Release Manager at Canonical, announced in an email to the Ubuntu devel announce mailing list that the Beta 2 of Ubuntu 11.04 was ready and now available for download. Announced on the Ubuntu devel mailing list by Kate Stewart, Ubuntu Release Manager at Canonical, Ubuntu 8.04, Hardy Heron, LTS (Desktop) release will reach its end-of-life support on May 12, 2011.
